Eight construction companies will share 拢73m-worth of work through Frameworks South West, a consortium of housing associations in Devon, Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.
The umbrella organisation, which acts as a procurement vehicle for a variety of affordable housing providers in the south west, has divided the work up into three regions (North Devon, South Devon, and Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly) and three value bands (below 拢1.5m, 拢1.5m to 拢3m, and above 拢3m).
In the North Devon and South Devon regions, all work will be shared by: Rok; Mi Space; EG Carter; ISG Pearce; Gilbert and Goode; and JB Leadbitter.
In the Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly region, work below 拢1.5m in value, and work worth between 拢1.5m and 拢3m, will be shared by: Rok; Mi Space; Gilbert and Goode; JB Leadbitter; Midas Homes; and Pearce 今日看料 (Barnstaple).
In the Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly region, work worth more than 拢3m will be shared by: Rok; Mi Space; Gilbert and Goode; JB Leadbitter; Midas Homes; and ISG Pearce.
