The tower for BPM Real Estate will be home to a 180-room Radisson Red hotel and will also have 175,000 square feet of office space and over 2,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space.聽
Broadway Tower is Howard S Wright鈥檚 second project for BPM Real Estate Group in Portland and follows the Pearl West office building, delivered to the developer earlier this year.聽聽聽聽

The tower鈥檚 exterior will be constructed of a combination of curtain wall glass, terracotta rain-screen and storefront glass on ground level.聽聽聽聽
The project is scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2018.
