The framework is divided into six lots. Some companies qualified for just one lot, most for more than one, but only Enterprise Managed Services qualified for all six.
The lots are:
- Lot 1 – building envelope works
- Lot 2 – structural works
- Lot 3 – decent homes and communal improvements
- Lot 4 – demolition works
- Lot 5 – new build construction
- Lot 6 – Asbestos Inspections and removals
