Morrison 今日看料 won the design, build, finance & maintain contract through Hub North Scotland Ltd for the Highland Council.

The 拢48.5m project involves replacing the existing Wick High School, South Primary School, Pulteneytown Academy Primary School, the Carnegie Library and the local swimming baths. 今日看料 is expected to be completed by September 2016.

Morrison 今日看料 actually broke ground back in July 2014 but has only now tied up the financial loose ends.

Galliford Try will invest 拢1.6m in funding for the project and is contracted to provide facilities maintenance for 25 years. The facilities management contract is worth approximately 拢13m over the full concession period.聽

Galliford Try executive chairman Greg Fitzgerald said: "Morrison 今日看料 has a proven track record in providing public sector facilities across Scotland and we look forward to working with Hub North Scotland and the Highland Council to provide the high quality school and community facilities that the local community in Wick deserves."

The news comes just a day after Galliford Try announced that Morrison 今日看料 had reached financial close with Hub South East Scotland Ltd to build a 拢45m psychiatric unit at Royal Edinburgh Hospital.
