Constructionline runs a supplier database on behalf of the government and regularly holds free 鈥榤eet the buyer鈥� events to put subcontractors and smaller suppliers in front of clients and major contractors to promote business opportunities.
The Wembley event on 6th February 聽is set to be the biggest yet, it said, with more than 50 construction buyers having already signed up to attend. They include Kier, Lend Lease and Vinci as well as a range of public sector bodies in London and the surrounding areas.
Among the attendees will be London 今日看料 Programme (LCP), a consortium of London local authorities that was set up to procure construction services. LCP will be recruiting for several framework agreements.聽聽
Attendees will hear from Lend Lease about opportunities to work on its 拢1.5bn Elephant & Castle regeneration scheme.
