Clugston was awarded the contract in April 2010 and following a demanding timetable delivered the new state-of-the-art concert and entertainment venue, which boasts a 1024-seater auditorium, conference and break-out facilities, as well as a caf茅 and bar, on time.聽聽
Built on the site of the original Scunthorpe Baths, the building, which partially retained the fa莽ade of the original 1930s built Baths Hall, has been designed to incorporate a number of sustainable energy-reducing features.

The first act to perform at the modern multi-use venue was the alternative comedian Bill Bailey, who dropped in to Scunthorpe on 11th November as part of his national Dandelion Mind (Gently Modified) UK Tour.聽
