Client Mosley Street Ventures has given Laing O鈥橰ourke a scheduled completion date of January 2017 for the 拢80m project. The contractor plans to use offsite construction as far as possible to speed delivery.
Two St Peter鈥檚 Square will be an 11-storey building with 161,113 square feet of space. Architect is SimpsonHaugh & Partners.

He added: 鈥淥nce the project is completed it will be one of the most prestigious office buildings in Manchester. The building has been designed to complement the changing face of St Peters Square being sympathetic to its history and architecture.鈥�
