One the Elephant, designed by Squire & Partners, is the centre piece of the 拢3bn Elephant & Castle regeneration project.
Far East Fa莽ade is the London subsidiary set up by Hong Kong鈥檚 Far East Global Group last year. The group鈥檚 international projects include the world鈥檚 tallest building, the Burj Khalifa in Dubai.
Earlier this year Far East Fa莽ade won a deal to provide the curtain wall for the 71 Queen Victoria Street development in London, a project that is planned to complete early in 2014.
Far East Group operates five production plants 鈥� two in China and three in North America 鈥� with a combined annual capacity of more than one million square metres of curtain wall. Product for One the Elephant will be fabricated at its facility in Alden, New York.

Success in the UK market is mirrored across the group, with Far East Global Group 2013 order book showing a year on year increase of 170%. A series of major contract wins this year 鈥� particularly in the North American market 鈥� include a number of projects with big name UK and European contractors such as Laing O鈥橰ourke, Bouygues and Skanska.鈥�
