Morrison鈥檚 contract, from Scottish Water, is for the Meadowhead and Stevenston work package, in joint venture with Black & Veatch. Forming part of Scottish Water's strategic programme, the scheme collects storm overflows from Irvine town centre and transfers them to Meadowhead waste water treatment works.
Galliford Try has also been awarded a 拢9m contract by Network Rail to upgrade security at 29 powered signal boxes throughout the UK.
, Galliford Try has also won a 拢20m contract for a regeneration scheme in East Belfast in joint venture with SIAC. Led by the East Belfast Partnership, the scheme will establish a linear park along the Connswater, Knock and Loop rivers. The programme is due for completion in summer 2013.
