鈥淭he Cube鈥�, designed by Lewis & Hickey, is Ocon鈥檚 first scheme for developer, Anaash Holdings, comprising 105 en-suite units. 聽The Cube was completed within nine-months and included the decontamination of a brownfield site which had formerly been occupied by a garage and petrol station, along with removal of the fuel tanks.
Located on Ashby Road and within a mile of the Loughborough University campus, the four-storey student accommodation will provide a high quality, convenient base for students beginning the autumn term.
