Developed by Westville Developments, part of the Parkmooor Group, the 100-unit scheme of en-suite studio apartments also includes basement car parking and ground floor retail units.聽 It is the second student accommodation scheme that Ocon has built on London Road and adds to the company鈥檚 track record in Liverpool, which also includes a 拢34 million scheme for the University of Liverpool that is currently on site.聽
