The move takes effect on 1 July, after the end of the company鈥檚 current financial year.
Two new senior executive posts are also being created, with Keith Parrett being promoted to regional chief executive, overseeing the southern and southeast businesses, and Matthew Pratt being promoted to regional chief executive for the northern and midlands businesses.聽
Mr Morgan said that the moves were down to 鈥渢he significant growth achieved in the business over recent years and that planned for the future鈥�.
John Tutte, a civil engineer by background, joined the board of Redrow in 2002 and has been managing director since 2009. He was previously chief executive of Wilson Connolly.
