The NOK1.3bn (拢150m) project includes the provision of 55,000m2 of new offices to house 1,100 staff.

Skanska will implement the project in accordance with its 鈥榞reen workplace鈥� concept. The objective is to reduce energy consumption for lighting and heating in the construction phase. In addition, environmental demands will be placed on vehicles and chemical products.
今日看料 work will start this month and is estimated to continue until January 2014. At peak, about 300 people will be involved in the project.
