At the site, based at the Axis Business Park in the city鈥檚 Newbridge area, Stewart Milne 今日看料 will be responsible for all internal and external works on the 30,000 square foot premises.聽 The dealership will feature a 12-car show room split over two levels; a 14-bay workshop incorporating the latest facilities and technology; and an extensive 71-car used car display.
Commenting on the new dealership, John Clark, chairman and managing director of the John Clark Motor Group, said:聽 鈥淭his is a very high-profile site, close to where three motorways converge, so we wanted to make sure that the new dealership makes a strong statement about Pentland Land Rover as the main dealer for the area.聽聽
鈥淚t is also a substantial site that can accommodate considerably expanded facilities that will enable Stuart Miller and his team at Pentland, to provide existing and new customers with a high level of service.鈥�

Having commenced this month, the project is due for completion in December 2011.
