Formerly Opal Property Group鈥檚 Senior Acquisition Manager, Rob has been with the Group since 1998, working in a number of roles with responsibilities that have included driving the successful development of many of Opal鈥檚 Student Accommodation Schemes.
Rob鈥檚 appointment is a key element in Ocon鈥檚 strategic move towards diversifying its business to include property development in addition to its core contracting expertise.

Bringing both development expertise and funding networks to Ocon, Rob鈥檚 role will be to assist the company in generating development and joint venture opportunities to sit alongside its continuing contracting work. He will also work closely with Ocon鈥檚 Business Development Manager, Nick Williamson-Corbett, on the strategic development of the company.聽
