The Generation 3 Civil Engineering, Highways and Transportation Infrastructure Works Framework has been put together by Hampshire County Council on behalf of 44 local authorities from Reading to Devon.
The three contractors will be used for civil engineering projects ranging 聽in the value from 拢8m to 拢25m over the next four years.
