For example, if a Contractor is successful in East Dorset and also tendered for but was not appointed to the Hampshire Lot, if the Contractor that was awarded the Hampshire Lot were to fail, Aster may award additional work to the East Dorset Contractor to cover some or all of the works in the Hampshire region.
